• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our platform are subject to:

• Price verification at time of order processing

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. Delivery is subject to:

• Accessibility of the delivery location
• Stock availability and order confirmation
• Force majeure events beyond our control

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return:

• Provide photographic evidence of damage or incorrect items
• Retain original packaging until claim is processed

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-14 business days of claim approval.
